Shortly after receiving his BSBA from Babson College, Bob Kaiser started his career in banking as a Senior Commercial Credit Analyst for Security Trust Company in Rochester, New York.
After graduating from Columbia University with a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior, Bob became a full-time faculty member at Babson and Bentley Colleges.
Additionally, Bob served for many years as Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at United States Trust Company in Boston, Massachusetts.
Today, Bob holds a PhD in Manangement from Northwestern International University. He is President of RW Kaiser & Associates, an organizational development and management consulting company established in 1988. He is a consultant to commercial banks, credit unions, savings banks and cooperative banks.
Currently, his Executive Mentoring Program is used by area banks to develop and support Executive Officers within their organizations. He is also a member of the Babson College Mentoring Program for both undergraduate and graduate students. Bob is a member of the International Coaching Federation. He serves on the adjunct faculty of Cape Cod Community College's Business Department.
Bob serves as CEO of New England Institute for Management, Inc., a human resource training company. NEIM specializes in management, supervisory, and technical skills training. This includes programs in lending, sales, customer service and communications.
Bob's diagnostic skills, acquired over many years of experience, have given his clients insight into the climate and core personality of their organizations, helping them to utilize and tap their entire creative pool. His interpretation of Employment Testing has allowed numerous corporations to save time and money by hiring the best-qualified, most suitable candidates for positions within their company.

Over the years, his Supervisory Skills Certificate Series has been the cornerstone seminar for countless supervisory staff in numerous financial organizations. Bob worked in Law Enforcement's Command Training Institute for over 35 years; and during that time, he personally trained thousands of Command Officers throughout New England. Moreover, Bob conducts Management and Professional Development Seminars for a wide range of industries and associations in addition to financial and law enforcement, including hospitality, medical, and small businesses.
In addition to his degrees from Babson College, Columbia University and Northwestern International University, he has also earned Certificates of Graduation from the Executive Management Program of the Wharton School, the American Management Association's President's Forum, and the Advanced Management School of Banking at Williams College.
Bob has received the Bell Award from the AMA and the McLaughlin Award from NECF. His writings include: "Evaluating the Credit Union CEO" and "Management Training for Command Law Enforcement Officers."
Bob Kaiser's seminars consistently garner high marks from participants. His interactive style combined with more than 35 years of training experience brings a useful and practical approach to management training.
