Robert Kaiser has been teaching Supervisory and Management Techniques for over 30 years. He is President and CEO of New England Institute for Management, and he has designed a program just for Stampin' Up! Demonstrators.
You will receive step by step instructions on how to mentor and coach downlines to grow your Stampin' Up! business. The approach is based on management techniques and supervisory skills in a program that combines business management skills and creative, artistic expression.
Currently, the beta group is filled. However, you can sign up to be informed when the next group opens. To sign up, go to http://groups.yahoo.com/group/sucoachmentor/ and apply for membership. When signing up, please give your first and last name. This group is for active Stampin' Up! demos, so we will need proof of your demonstratorship, such as your DBWS URL.
Once you have completed each of the sessions, please return to the website and access the message board, to leave us questions and comments about the program. Remember this program is still in beta status, and we need your feedback to work out the bugs.
To the right, you will find the files that make up the Seminar presentations. There are two different file types, the documents are created in Word, and the presentations are Flash files, which will run in the self player. You will just need to click the link to open the file.
